30 Minute Indoor Comprehensive Practice Session

Overview

  1. Putting - 5 Mins

  2. Chipping  - 5 Mins

  3. Full swing (irons/woods) - 15 mins

  4. Putting  - 5 Mins

    Putting - 5 Mins (items needed: putting mirror/three golf balls)

      1. Practice Setup (1 Min)

        1. Posture so eyes are over the ball, arms hanging below shoulders, club in the middle of the stance, clubface square to target line.

     2. Make five 3-Ft putts in a row (3 mins)

  1. Practice setting clubface square to target line.  

  2. Visualize the ball rolling into the hole as you swing

3. Make two 5-ft putts in a row (1 min)

II. Chipping - 5 Mins (items needed: SkyTrak Bay, SW, PW, 7 iron)

  1. Practice Swings (30 Seconds)

    1. Practice forward brush

    2. Tip: watch where your club brushes the mat.  It should be forward of where you start at address.

  2. Small Chips (1 Min)

    1. Driving Range Mode: 5 chip shots

  3. Target Challenge (3 ½ Min)

    1. Set up a “Target Challenge” from 20 yards with 6 shots on “Easy Mode”

    2. Get 4 out of 6 in the 100 point circle to pass.
