Getting Started

+ How do I get started? What is a swing assessment?

At The Golf School, we want you to try us out before purchasing a membership option. The easiest and best way to do this is by coming in for a 30-minute golf swing assessment with one of our PGA-certified instructors. Coming in for a Swing Assessment allows you to visit our indoor facility, meet our coaching staff, and use our state-of-the-art golf simulators to learn more about your golf swing. Our coaching staff will get to know you and assess your swing to help build a roadmap for your development. They will also discuss the membership programs and answer any questions that you have.

+ How do I book my Swing Assessment?

The assessment booking portal is available on our website here!

+ What does the Swing Assessment cost?

Assessments are available at any time during our posted hours.

  • Off-peak (9 am - 3 pm, M-F) - free
  • Peak (3 pm - close, M-F | all day, Saturday) - $29

+ What should I wear?

The Golf School is a temperate 72 degrees, but golf is still an athletic activity, so you will want to dress accordingly. We recommend you dress comfortably, but ready to swing the club! Khakis, athletic pants and shorts work well with polos and t-shirts. Closed-toed athletic shoes are recommended.

+ Do I need to bring my own clubs?

If you have your own clubs, you are always welcome to bring those in! For the assessment, you will primarily work with a middle iron (7,8-iron) to get a baseline of your swing. If you do not own clubs, or would prefer to use ours, we have plenty of mens, womens, juniors & left-handed clubs that you are welcome to use.

+ How do memberships work?

The Golf School offers monthly memberships. Memberships include use of time at The Golf School for lessons, instruction and practice.
